STAR Medical Auditing Services is a boutique consulting firm that provides Health Information Management (HIM) and Clinical services to various organizations in the healthcare ecosystem across the U.S. We pride ourselves in providing high-quality services that are tailored to our clients’ specific needs, while creating joyful experiences along the way by treating everyone with respect and care.
We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help expand our business. The right candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales, from identifying the prospect and engaging decision-makers, to creating proposals and closing sales. This is a flexible position with a ton of autonomy. There is plenty of room for growth with STAR as we continue our exponential trajectory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell our Health Information Management Services and Clinical Services to various players in the healthcare ecosystem including but not limited to healthcare providers, insurance payors, Medicare Administrative Contractors, and law firms
Research and identify new client leads across various platforms and channels, and convert them into sales opportunities
Engage leads and key decision-makers to understand prospect’s needs and determine business requirements to create business proposals
Provide weekly updates to company leadership on sales pipeline
Meet or exceed quarterly target consistently
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Must have business development, sales, and/or account management experience in healthcare
Proven track record of selling healthcare-related services
Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management in healthcare is a huge plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate professionally and thoroughly
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Self-directed, highly motivated, and organized with ability to work independently
Must reside and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Experience working with CRM tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce
